About the position: We are currently seeking a driven and experienced individual for the position as Kitchen Manager at O’Learys Vika. As the Kitchen Manager, you play a key role in leading the kitchen's operations in an optimal and sustainable manner, with a focus on finances, personnel, ingredients, and work processes. You are also responsible for ensuring that all food served to our guests is of high quality and that the entire kitchen staff contributes to maintaining this standard. The position includes working daytime and evening hours, as well as weekends.

The responsibilities include:

Plan and lead the kitchen's operations for maximum efficiency and quality, in consultation with the head chef.
Be responsible for ongoing inventory management and ordering of supplies for the kitchen.
Create and maintain a positive team atmosphere in the kitchen through evaluation, quality assurance, training, and coaching.
Be responsible for food safety compliance and maintain contact with suppliers.

Desired experience and qualities:

Trained chef with experience as a head chef, kitchen manager, or sous chef in an à la carte restaurant.
Has a strong interest in cooking and strives for positive results.
Prioritizes high food quality and takes responsibility for providing an exceptional dining experience for guests.
Team player with the ability to create a positive atmosphere in the kitchen.
