Lyftnord specializes in developing and manufacturing safe, customized lifting solutions of the highest quality. With our expertise in design and manufacturing, we help industrial customers solve complex lifting challenges. As a design engineer with us, you'll be involved in the entire process – from concept to finished product – and see your designs become reality in our workshop in Kiruna.

We are a growing company with big ambitions and are now looking for a driven design engineer who wants to contribute to the development of both our products and the company as a whole.

Your Profile

Qualifications

University education in mechanical engineering, or a high school education in mechanical engineering with at least 5 years of experience as a design engineer.
Experience in mechanical design and knowledge of 3D software.
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Analytical ability and experience in technical problem-solving
Fluent Swedish, both spoken and written
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Driver's license is advantageous but not required.

Advantageous qualifications

Experience in strength calculations and FEM analysis
Experience in designing lifting equipment or other industrial products
Competence in project management and experience in driving projects from concept to finished product
Experience in customer contact and ability to communicate technical solutions

Mechanical design and CAD work for customized lifting solutions

Development of products ranging from small lifting yokes to advanced electrically controlled systems
Collaboration with production to ensure optimal manufacturing processe
