Since we started in 2007, our product has grown to Scandinavia’s biggest integrated ticketing and POS system. Our platform is an ecosystem of tools for optimising and boosting our clients’ sales – before, during and after the event.

Our goal is to keep expanding in Scandinavia and Europe – we dream of creating unforgettable events and memories for even more people!

We know that if we build a really good product and offer world-class support, it will practically sell itself. And to succeed at those two elements, all of us Ticksters must have a great passion for what we do and for continuously advancing, innovating and striving towards new heights. Wanting to do more and be better is part of our DNA.

We’re proud of our helpful collaborative culture, of each other’s knowledge and experience and also of our focus on always having fun together.

As a developer, I’m drawn to interesting challenges. When I applied to Tickster, I thought I might find that in the events industry – and I had no idea just how right I was! Tickster is full of helpful, friendly colleagues with experience from all sorts of fields, and together we meet new needs every day.

There are always a lot of new things going on at Tickster, which means that no two days are alike. In my role as a sales rep, I get to talk to such wonderful people – I just love that! We have contact with a lot of different organisers and we help them create the best possible experience for their visitors. The ticket is really just the beginning!

Sales Agent, Arvika
Every day I help ticket buyers via phone, email and chat with their questions, and sometimes we are out on site with organizers to support events, so that they can give their customers the best experience! At Ticket Support, you never know who you'll get to talk to or what kind of event they're going to. It can be anything from a booking for Dance Band Week to a hard rock concert! When I enter the office in the morning, I am always warmly welcomed by my colleagues - it really makes for a good start to the day.

In my role, I get to see the effect our product has in real life, and I know how much effect a little press of a button can have on making something a success, whether it’s a giant music festival or a little theatre in the woods. With a team I can’t wait to see every morning and a flat organisation where you can make your voice heard, Tickster is the world’s best workplace. Plus, it’s no small thing to be able to see a few concerts and sporting events in your work :)

Continuous learning

Personal growth

We are positive to continued professional development and support every employee’s wish
and need to improve within the framework of our operations.

Experiences

We walk in our customers' shoes

If you, like us, like experiences, you’ll love the opportunities to work closely with our clients. You might be involved in biathlon in Falun, the Way Out West festival in Gothenburg or the local theatre association in town.

We are where our clients are.

Preventive health care

Massage, naprapath and exercise during office hours

We care about health and exercise, so we offer massage or naprapathy once a month and we try to arrange a group workout every week.

We also offer an excellent preventive health care benefit.

Healthy balance

It’s not just about the job

We Ticksters really like our job and just enjoy the work we do. But we also think it’s important to have work–life balance, so we want to make sure you go home, too.

Nordic skating, brewing craft beer, playing music, cycling in the woods or taking the children to swimming lessons... Anything that recharges our batteries and lets you come back with renewed energy makes great ingredients for a good work–life balance.
