No of hours per week:

Minimum 40 hours per week (highly likely a bit more when it’s needed, up to 50 hours).

Pay per hour:

Euro 15.75 per hour.

Swedish Self-Employment recruitment (expected fiscal expenses 37% – depends on annual income level), alternative posted self-employed from the country of residence rules apply.

Qualifications:

Overall assessment of positive details, such as:

Communicative English is a must/Swedish is a plus.
Drivers licence B it’s a must.
Experience from a Chicken farm or a general animals farm work is required.
Positive to teamwork.
Positive to physical work.
Having a good health condition.

Thought of candidate profile:

We are looking for a responsible and committed person with knowledge of animal production, preferably with previous experience in chicken production.

We are seeking someone who can work closely with and take direction from our supervisor in the chicken production department. Both female and male candidates are welcome to apply.

Selection process:

Assessment is done first from CV with a possible online interview to select the candidate.

Once a candidate is approved, the candidate will have to sign a probationary agreement that is for the 14 first days of test period. If approved after 14 days, the candidate will sign the contract for the remaining period as self-employed in Sweden model.

(14-day test do not apply to the candidate’s resident or prior resident in Sweden; in such cases, arrangements have to be made on a case-by-case basis with a short non-paid test at arrival).

Task:

Daily supervision of laying hens and egg packaging, as well as other tasks related to egg production. The role may also include basic repairs, cleaning, and general building maintenance.

The ultimate client:

Well-established family-run chicken farm with Swedish management. The farm employs a small team of workers, most of whom are based in Sweden.

Accommodation :

Accommodation follows the Dolphin Group minimum standards and includes Wi-Fi access. Contractors have individual bedrooms with shared kitchen and bathroom facilities.

The accommodation is located on the farm.

The nearest supermarket, pharmacy, and health centre are located in the nearest town, approximately 9 km away.

A car may be borrowed from the farm manager for essential errands when needed.
