Your tasks:

As a Customer Advisor, you will take on a sales-driven role with a focus on chasing new
opportunities, building strategic relationships and achieving ambitious business goals. You are a hunter who thrives on a fast pace and working to win new customers and revenue. Your
duties will include:

Prospecting and selling: identifying, contacting and cultivating potential customers to drive them to business closure.
Results-driven new sales: Delivering results by establishing relationships and
closing deals with new customers.
Customer management and follow-up: Use PipeDrive to effectively organise and follow up and follow up potential and existing customers.
Sales-driven business development: Actively contribute to developing and optimising Vocean’s sales strategies and marketing efforts.
Nurture existing relationships: Build on and strengthen relationships with existing
customers and partners to maximise long-term value.
Support the organisation: Contribute to the development of other functions within the organisation and ensure their success.
