The office consists of approximately 22 skilled employees located in Skövde. We undertake both multidisciplinary assignments and projects within individual disciplines for our clients, acting as their close partner. We offer expert knowledge with a holistic perspective on our clients' needs, providing services in Building Technology, HVAC Engineering, Energy & Sustainability, Electrical Engineering, Fire, and Project Management.

Your Responsibilities Your expertise is the key to our success. We work across borders and in various business areas, sharing our knowledge and building strong relationships with customers and colleagues. You'll contribute your expertise while also having the opportunity to learn from the best. As an electrical specialist, your primary responsibility within the team is to lead the current discipline in our Industrial and Building projects for customers, guiding the way for technical development.

Your daily responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Planning, driving, and leading the department's customer order projects related to electrical design, ensuring high-quality deliveries.

• Mentoring others and serving as a mentor for younger colleagues.

• Participating in internal development projects, such as our technical forums where employees from different departments exchange experiences.

• Contributing to driving and developing the department's market and business.

• Collaborating with colleagues in electrical power and automation as well as other disciplines to collectively deliver the best solutions to clients.

• Occasionally engaging in project design tasks across various projects.

Who You Are

To succeed in this role, you need to enjoy leading and collaborating with others, both internally and externally. You have a solid understanding of electrical engineering solutions and can devise a plan for executing deliveries. You thrive as a partner to customers and a sounding board for your colleagues. Personally, you are an attentive team player with an interest in developing your leadership skills. You possess excellent communication abilities and can take initiatives to find solutions and establish new contacts.

To be suitable for this position, you also need to have:

• High school diploma or higher education in electrical engineering.

• Excellent knowledge of electrical and low voltage, advantageous with knowledge in high voltage. • Proficiency in cable sizing.

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in leading and delivering assignments/projects in electrical engineering within the industry.

• Fluent spoken and written Swedish and proficient English language skills.

Additional merits:

• Familiarity with various software programs: Revit, AutoCad, Febdok, Elprocad, Eplan.

• Established customer contacts within the industry.
