OnceMore is a unique textile pulp* that is both circular and renewable. OnceMore is also an Ingredient Brand used by our customers, the fashion industry. Through innovation, we can recycle textile waste along with wood from Södra's family forest owners. The final products can be textiles and garment made of viscose, lyocell, modal, etc., hopefully labeled with OnceMore®.

Your day at Södra

As a Business Developer, you will be responsible for growing the OnceMore brand. You'll do this by evaluating and targeting new potential customers, customer segments, and markets to develop relationships for both the present and the future. You will also manage our existing customers and continue to build long-term relationships. The role also involves creating and initiating partnerships with stakeholders in the value chain who can become our ambassadors and thus expand our sales channels. The role will also involve developing and securing agreements. The position includes 1–2 business trips per month, potentially more in the beginning.

You will also:

• Support and follow up on activity and sales plans, including regular monitoring of set goals.

• Be a brand ambassador by participating in trade shows, panel discussions, and similar events.

• Package customer offerings and experiences together with the Marketing Manager.

• Support in developing and implementing a business model that follows the brand strategy for OnceMore.

• Be responsible for creating and implementing contract procedures.

Who are we looking for?

To succeed in this role, we believe you:

• Have a bachelor's or master's degree in economics or similar.

• Have at least 3 years of experience in business development or sales, such as Key Account Manager with sales responsibility.

• Have strategic experience in the fashion and textile industry.

• Possess excellent communication skills and high credibility.

• Have strong self-motivation and work well in a team.

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written, is an absolute requirement!

The role works closely with the Communication Manager and Marketing Manager. You will have close collaboration with the sales function within dissolving pulp, fiber customers, brand owners, and project managers at OnceMore.
