You will act as part of the Enterprise Services team in the Nordic and Baltic countries , developing new business opportunities in an independent and self-driven manner within the Scandinavian countries.

You will connect with healthcare decision makers and leaders to introduce innovative partnership solutions tailored to the customer needs. Your aim will be to advocate Siemens Healthineers as a trusted partner and create long-term Value Partnerships ;

Focus will be mainly on Scandinavian market but also flexible to contribute to Nordic and Baltic zone (NRB) as required.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

·Develop and present sales/new business opportunities and public tendering cases .

·Conduct customer meetings and partner with cross-functional team work to create solutions, funnel and bid management.

·Work in close collaboration with the Sales and Account Manager teams, to dev elop unique offerings , combining different businesses and solutions, for each specific customer need.

·Leverage your knowledge of clinical practices and workflows, as well as the latest technology innovations, to create unique offerings that support transformational change in the healthcare.

This is an individual contributor role, therefore it does not have direct team reports. However, leadership responsibilities are required, in order to define and lead sales projects.

Your expertise:

·Previous experience working within from healthcare industry ; to allow for in-depth knowledge of the present operating environment, challenges, as well as future trends of healthcare.

·Experience with and comfortable to engage with customer stakeholders i.e. Clinical staff, Head of Departments, C-Level leadership teams.

·Familiar with diagnostic technology and eager to leverage latest innovations for better care.

·University degree and/or education in Engineering/Economics/Management/Healthcare.

language skills, both written and spoken, as well as fluency in one or more of the Scandinavian countries.

·Strong presentation skills.

·Willingness to travel , mainly throughout the geographic area of Scandinavia.
