As a key growth market, Italy is integrated into our Mid-East-Europe Region, alongside Germany, Switzerland, Austria, and Poland.

We are looking for a dedicated Sales Representative to join our team as soon as possible—someone who embodies our brand values and will actively drive our growth across the Gym & Fitness and Professional Sports segments.

Your Mission

As we expand our Italian team, you will become the face of Eleiko in the region. Your focus will be on proactive new customer acquisition and the strategic management of existing partners. You will bring our products to the places where people train, recover, and grow.

Your Responsibilities

Active Business Development: You proactively identify and acquire new customers through on-site visits, cold calling, networking, and presentations.
Account Management: You independently manage a fixed customer base and strategically expand these partnerships.
Solution Selling: You advise customers on individual facility solutions – from equipment selection to 3D room planning.
Sales Process: You create quotes and conduct negotiations with a clear focus on targets and closing deals.
Market Presence: You participate in trade fairs and events, representing the Eleiko brand.
Market Analysis: You monitor the market, identify trends, and derive new business opportunities.

Your Profile

Sales Mindset: You demonstrate high commitment, resilience, and a proven track record in closing deals.
Experience: You have a background in field sales, ideally within B2B environments or the fitness/sports industry.
Communication: You are a compelling communicator who enjoys building relationships and is fluent in both Italian and English.
Self-Management: You excel in organization and self-discipline – essential for success in a remote, home-office-based role.
Mobility: You hold a valid driver’s license and have a high willingness to travel across your territory and have access to a car.
Location: Ideally, you are based in Northern Italy (e.g., Milan, Bologna, or surrounding areas).
Passion (Bonus): A personal passion for strength training or fitness is a significant advantage.
