Job Description

Management of the Grace Catalyst AB Environment, Health & Safety, Quality including Process Safety and Sustainability functions (later QEHS) and responsibility for the Stenungsund site. Lead, distribute and organize the activities within the area responsibility. Ensure that the site comply with current Swedish legislation, collective agreements and the company's management system, policies and documentation regarding QEHS. Quality includes both Quality Management, Quality Control and Quality Notifications from clients.

Responsibilities

Ensure strategies, goals and KPIs are implemented by working together within the company with commitment, inspiration, communication and delegation. Lead and organize (e.g., skill development of the employees and resource planning) for the fulfillment of the company's goals.
Develop the QEHS team for good teamwork (including Lab.). Fulfil the companies and the legal requirements for the personnel performance and development for the employees in the team.
Be transparent, inspire and work close to the Stenungsund team
Communication within Grace Catalyst AB and its stakeholders
Continuous development of the Grace Stenungsund facility regarding QEHS and Minimization of Costs.
Plan and control the QEHS work for the site
Plan and control for Fire protection, Emergency preparedness and response and Crisis management (together with Site Manager)
QEHS Site Management system incl. IPs, SOPs, documentation requirements due to Seveso, audits, improvement suggestions and implementation, action tracking etc. Demands from Grace global Management system (e.g., IPHS and SOP) to interpret and adjust to local site conditions.
QEHS reporting (including Environmental and Sustainability reporting)
Lead the Risk handling and RCA at site
Monitoring av laws and action to stay compliant
Process safety Information according to defined responsibility for QEHS Manager in Table 1-Process Safety Information of IPHS-40.
Issue and approve hot work permits, class 1-7, for all Grace laboratory areas.

Required Qualifications

Master of Science or equivalent
Good understanding and knowledge of the QEHS functions and deliverables for a production plant and for a site within the process industry
Minimum 5-10 years experience from process industry
Be able to lead and perform risk analysis in different levels
Be trained in different methods for implementing continuous improvements such as six sigma and lean
Good skills in Swedish and English, spoken and written
Economical understanding from company perspective
