Position Overview

We are looking for a Senior IT System Administrator who will be responsible for and supports the end-to-end management of enterprise business applications . The role will be within Silverspin Corporate IT team delivering IT Services to a global organization with 400 users across 5 countries

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and rollout of an internal access portal using Microsoft SSO technologies.
Design and maintain integrations with Microsoft Entra ID, enabling secure authentication, SSO, and lifecycle management.
Define, implement, and maintain role-based access control (RBAC), MFA, and conditional access policies in line with security best practices
Design and develop enterprise applications that meet business requirements and align with architectural standards.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring solutions are scalable and efficient.
Implement application enhancements and modifications to improve functionality and performance
I ntegrate enterprise applications with existing systems and third-party solutions to ensure seamless data flow and functionality.
Develop and maintain APIs and other integration points to support business processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues to ensure system reliability and performance
Provide technical support for enterprise applications and addressing user issues and system bugs promptly.
Monitor application performance and implement optimizations to enhance user experience.
Conduct regular system audits and maintenance to ensure applications are secure and up-to-date
Work closely with IT teams, business analysts, and end-users to deliver effective application solutions.
Ensure applications comply with security policies and industry regulations

Requirements

3+ years’ experience managing enterprise applications and integrations in medium to large organisations
Strong experience with Microsoft Identity solutions (MS Entra ID, Governance) and SharePoint
Preferably Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate(SC-300) or Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administration Associate
