Your Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
Preferably proven leadership experience from managing a team or project, preferably in a technical environment.
Background in hydraulics or mechanical design is highly beneficial.
Good ability to plan, delegate, and organize work in a structured manner.
Experience in establishing standards and processes that support team performance.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
