ARE YOU OUR NEW DRIVEN AND ORGANIZED BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION MANAGER?

Our media agency is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Business Administration Manager to support our administrative and operational functions. The successful candidate will be an organized, detail-oriented individual who is eager to learn and grow within the agency. This role is ideal for someone with a foundational understanding of business administration who is looking to develop their skills in a dynamic media environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing daily administrative operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Support the development and implementation of administrative systems and processes under the guidance of client management.
Manage customer-specific billing processes, budget monitoring, PO management, and assist with billing discrepancies.
Help coordinate contract management tasks, including document preparation, tracking, and follow-up on contract execution.
Collaborate with the finance team to help with budget preparation, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
Participate in interdepartmental meetings and provide administrative support to ensure effective communication and project coordination.
Contribute to the analysis of operational performance, preparing reports and summaries for review by client management.
Provide administrative support to the team.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a relevant field.
Some experience in an administrative role is preferred, but not required.
A willingness to learn and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency with MS Office 365 and reporting tools like PowerBi and an openness to learning new tools and systems.
An ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively.
Interest in the media industry and a desire to understand its operations and challenges.
Additional plus if you have experience with the media tool Marathon.
