The Hiring Manager for the role is Jenny Dahl, Head of Sourcing & Supplier Management . Your role & influence as Supplier Management Specialist

Responsibility : You will be given responsibility for running Dustin's Supplier Management Program in the end-to-end approach, ensuring compliance, mitigating risks, and maintaining a well-organized supplier base to support business growth and strategic needs. This role is an advisory role and important for internal compliance and business growth as well as to assure a relevant, well maintained and up to date supplier base delivering on the needs of the company strategy.

Collaboration: With support of your team, you lead the activities set out in the Supplier Management Program, of managing supplier relationships enabling our company to identify, qualify, onboard, and collaborate with the right suppliers for our business. You'll work closely not only with your immediate team members but also with different business units within Dustin.

Core activities :

Lead the Supplier Assessment process for new suppliers.
Oversee Supplier Monitoring for existing suppliers with a focus on risk and compliance.
Respond to due diligence forms during the Onboarding process, as needed.

We envision you as a curious, driven and a communicative team player with very good time management and organisational skills, who excels in managing supplier relationships, ensuring compliance with relevant supply chain legislations, and has proficiency in Office 365.

Additionally, it'll be nice to have:

Higher knowledge in Excel and or BI reporting.
Higher degree in Procurement, Administration, Supply Chain or related field.
Proven experience in Supplier Management Processes
