Primary tasks
- Design of main steel structure for plug and moulds - from ideas to construction.
- Make FEM calculations for moulds an plugs in - solid works - Ansys.
- Make risk assessments with focus on DFMEA - and take active part in the risk mitigation activities.
- Make documentation package for mold and plug design from a customer perspective to ensure that all legal regulations are complied with.
- Optimize existing design with regards to time and cost.
- Make bills of material (BOM) for moulds and plug frame designs.
- Optimize working procedures for construction of released designs.
- Technical expert at customer meetings.
- Coordinate design tasks from external support companies.

Experience/Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in as similar position with design of steel structure.
- Strong skills in solid works and PDM.
- Practical experience working with DFMEA approaches or similar risk assessments methods.
- Bachelor or master within mechanical design engineering.
- Experience with Directive 2006/42/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17th May 2006 on machinery, and amending Directive 95/16/EC.
- Experience with ISO/EN standards- particular in 14122,12100,1090,13920,5817.
- Experience converting 3D to 2D (ex. DWG and PDF).
- Experience and knowledge about procurement for project handling.
- Committed to self-growth, independent with energy, down to earth, structured, has a good sense of humor and drive.
- Strong skills in English, Excel, ERP(C5), MS Office, MS Project, LEAN.
- You should be ready to live in Denmark.
