PinMeTo helps businesses get discovered, found, and verified on the biggest search, map, and social media platforms. We are now looking for a Customer Advisor in Malmö to take our journey forward!
About the role
As a Customer Advisor your main responsibility is to optimize our customers' accounts in PinMeTo. You will be responsible for the customer’s PinMeTo journey after being set up and onboarded to the platform.
By guiding, advising and educating the customer base you will bring value, prevent churn and in general - keep our customers happy! You will collaborate with other teams internally to enhance and refine the user experience of the platform.
Key responsibilities
- Initiate, develop and maintain long term customer relationships
- Manage expectations and communicate both proactively and reactively to make sure customers get maximum value from PinMeTo
- Plan and conduct strategic meetings with customers
- Identify the customer's objectives to meet their location marketing strategy
- Expand the customer's knowledge and their understanding of the PinMeTo platform
- Conduct training and education sessions with the customer’s users
The team
In this role, you will be a part of the PinMeTo´s Customer Success team and work closely with your colleagues that are located in both Gdansk, Helsinki and Malmö. Within the Advisor team, you will collaborate with the Advisor Lead and three other Customer Advisors.
Your manager will support your success by providing both you and the team with goals, responsibilities and clarity in your work. Together, you will collaborate to achieve the team's goals.

To thrive in this role we see that you:
- Speak and write excellent professional Swedish and English
- Have working experience as an Account Manager or in similar role within customer service, sales or marketing
- Have worked in projects before and are independent and driven in your daily work
- You are methodical and able to prioritize and handle multiple customer cases
To get us even more excited you:
- Have minimum 3 years of experience of similar tasks, preferably with SaaS-company
- Have excellent communication and social skills to effectively interact with customers in any given channel or meeting format
- Speak additional languages, such as Arabic, German or Spanish
