• Complete documentation and logs to track production progress and quality.

• Identify opportunities for improvement and communicate them to the management.

Qualifications and Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.
• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and retrieval.
