e-commerce intern

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

A curious and engaged e-commerce intern to join our team in Stockholm. Are you a creative and analytical problem-solver and a strong believer in collaboration? As an E-commerce intern, you will coordinate the full range of day-to-day e-commerce activities. This includes execution of site content, creating digital marketing content, enriching products and overall assistance to the e-commerce team. YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Execution of all site content and e-commerce activities including merchandising, campaign pages, blog posts and start page on a weekly basis.
• Product data enrichment including gathering product assets and details to manage products on the platform.
• Manage the product catalogue, including SKU list, price list, product attributes, product categories, images, tags, and descriptions.
• Weekly web behavioural analysis and auditing of product and content pages to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Work with the team from ideation to implementation of marketing campaigns and content (image and copy) in emails and social media.
• Overall assistance to the e-commerce team including customer care and order handling at need.

ADDITIONALLY, WE SEE THAT YOU ARE:

• A student studying Business, Marketing, Ecommerce or equivalent. (The internship must be a part of a university program or a program at Arbetsförmedlingen.)
• Great at multi-tasking and pays attention to details.
• Comfortable working with the Office Package
• Experience in Shopify, Klaviyo, Adobe Suite and/or Figma is a plus.
• Google, Meta, Tiktok ads.
• Fluent in English.
