The hiring manager for the role is  Alvaro, Manager, Web Fullfillment . As a part of his web development team, you’ll be included in a collaborative and cross-functional setup wherein you’ll will have the freedom to explore, deliver and be innovative in a modern agile framework where empowerment is the key success.

Your role & influence as Fullstack Developer

As a Fullstack Developer at Dustin, you'll join a collaborative, cross-functional web team focused on building and improving high-performance online services. With online sales at our core, delivering secure, reliable, and fast solutions is critical.

The team is responsible for the entire chain; from understanding needs in depth to design, development and operation in production. It is not uncommon for several deployments per day.

Examples of initiatives that we work with are transforming our checkout with a flexible payment solution in collaboration with a well-known partner and creating an MVP to see if we can sell IT services in a new way.

We envision you as a curious, open minded, driven problem-solver with a strong team focus and, committed to continuous learning. You bring a self-driven leadership and a passion for creating high-quality, testable, and adaptable software.

Additionally, it's important that you bring:

• Around 3-5 years of strong experience in C#, React, Javascript, Kubernetes, .NET Core and preferably AWS or Azure.
• Good communication and collaborative skills.
• Good command in English in both writing and speech.
• Meritorious to have experience in Node, GraphQL, e-commerce transaction intensive system and architecture based on Microservices and Microsites.
