THE ROLE
We are looking for a highly motivated skilled independent organized and dedicated Bookkeeper to join our growing Finance team and assist our day to day accounting requirements and monthly closing process. The finance team is responsible for all aspects from ensuring that we are compliance with all tax regulations and business obligations through planning ahead and enabling the infrastructure needed to provide the companys extensive growth.
The bookkeeper will be responsible for the daily accounting duties and financial transactions in our books.
JOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Preparing payroll for 30 employees including institutional reporting dealing with new hires and departures
- Bank reconciliation
- Accounts payable responsibilities including new vendor creation (local and foreign) processing vendor invoices in a multicurrencies ERP system managing proforma invoices and AP aging
- Processing payments to vendors and related Bank uploading (including foreign and local vendors tax deduction management)
- Ongoing reconciliation including closing entries and cutoff accounts
- Support month quarter and yearend closing procedures
- Prepare adhoc financial reports through the collection analysis and summarization of data
- Prepare materials for quarterly and annual audits and reviews
- Adhoc tasks as required
Requirements :
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR
- Certified bookkeeper and payroll accountant Minimum level 3
- 45 years of proven bookkeeping and payroll accountant experience from High tech or multinational company a must
- English at an advanced level (both spoken and written)
- Experience with Netsuite a must
- High MS Office proficiency especially with Excel functions a must
- Ability to work independently in accordance with established policies and regulations
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Team player with a proactive approach
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to work in a fastpaced work environment
