As a specialist within one or more of the following areas: MQ, IMS, DB2, z/OS, or RACF, you will become part of a highly experienced team of consultants operating a secure, business-critical mainframe environment. This role offers the opportunity to work in a complex and mission-critical infrastructure where stability, availability, security, and continuous improvement are key priorities. As a Senior Mainframe Specialist, you will play a key role in:
• System programming and maintenance of z/OS and related subsystems
• Working closely with domain owners for MQ on z/OS, IMS, and/or DB2, depending on your area of expertise
• Software installation, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance activities
• Incident investigation, problem management, and operational support
• Managing certificates, encryption technologies, and security-related configurations
• Participating in on-call duty and planned infrastructure activities
• Driving modernization initiatives, automation, and continuous improvements
• Ensuring that the mainframe operating system and its core subsystems provide a secure, resilient, and cost-efficient foundation for mission-critical applications Kvalifikationer för att bli framgångsrik denna roll
To succeed in this role, you bring:
• At least 10 years of hands-on experience working within mainframe environments
• Deep expertise in one or more of the following areas:
