Logistics Coordinator Outbound

As a Logistics Coordinator for Outbound, you will ensure that orders are delivered to our Wholesale stores on time and according to their special requirements. You will work closely with our customer support and the warehouse, acting as the central hub responsible for the day-to-day logistics operations. Additionally, you will monitor inventory accuracy and WMS logs in our ERP system, and help drive projects to further improve the speed and quality of our deliveries.

Main working tasks

• Manage Day-to-Day Logistics (3rd Party): Oversee outbound distribution and ensure timely delivery of products.
• Business System Development: Serve as the superuser for Business Central (ERP) and participate in its development to meet extended business needs.
• Customer-Specific Deliveries: Ensure deliveries to special customers are executed according to their unique instructions.
• Warehouse Logistics : Oversee daily warehouse logistics operations and coordinate effectively with warehouse staff.
• Outbound Delivery Planning: Schedule and plan outbound deliveries to wholesale stores based on their requirements.
• Problem Solving: Address and resolve logistics-related issues promptly and efficiently.
• DHL Coordination: Maintain daily contact with DHL Freight and DHL Express to ensure smooth logistics operations.

Essential Characteristics

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field preferred
• Proven experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.
• Experience of working in excel and ERP systems (Business Central is meritorious)
• Excellent multitasking abilities and strong communication skills
• Detail-oriented, problem-solving mindset, ability to work under pressure, and a team player with a proactive approach.
• Fluent in English is a must, Swedish is an advantage
