Sales Manager Sweden & Finland

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced leader to join our team as Sales Manager for Sweden & Finland. You will play a crucial role in driving sales across the the Sweden/ Finland region, developing strategies to expand our market presence, and fostering strong relationships with key clients. You need to have been building sales team in the Nordic region for at least five years and know how to transform a sales team. You will also be responsible for a our concept Managers. 

As Sales Manager you are a part of the Swedish / Finish Management Team and you will report to Country Manager. You will manage a team of about 10 professional and experienced employees within Sales and Concept Management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and achieve financial growth in Sweden & Finland.
  • Develop, motivate and challenge your team of 10 experienced professionals within Sales and Concept Management. 
  • Manage and build strong, long-term relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored sealing solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure high-quality service and operational efficiency.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Lead negotiations for major contracts and agreements.
  • Monitor sales metrics to evaluate team performance and optimize sales strategies.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales management, preferably in the Nordic region. 
  • Experience of working with or within any or multiple of DENSIQ customers segments. Could be process industry, heat & power plants, pulp & paper, steal or mining, marine segments etc. 
  • High knowledge in change management & leadership. High ability to make results through your team. 
  • Strong understanding of the Nordic market dynamics and cultural nuances.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English and at least one Nordic language (Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish).
  • Ability to travel frequently within the Nordic countries.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Working Conditions

  • Full-time position with flexibility in working hours as per business needs.
  • The role is based in Högsbo, Sweden, with regular travel required.
