What You'll Do:

* Lead and deliver full-cycle Dynamics 365 CE implementations.
* Translate client needs into scalable CRM solutions.
* Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform components.
* Collaborate with developers, architects, and project managers.
* Deliver training and support in both Swedish and English.

What You Bring:

* Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing).
* Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
* Fluent in Swedish and proficient in English.
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-200, MB-210) are a plus.
