International Sales Executive - Nordics

The role

To support the continued growth of our International Cluster SAP Large Enterprise business, we are looking for an International Sales Executive for the Nordics region.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and closing complex SAP SuccessFactors opportunities with large enterprises across the Nordics and international organisations headquartered in the region. You will work closely with SAP, SD Worx delivery teams, and senior client stakeholders to drive business growth and long-term partnerships.

You will join an experienced international sales team focused on delivering HR transformation solutions to enterprise organisations across Europe.

Key responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified SAP SuccessFactors opportunities

  • Identify, engage, and convert new prospects within large enterprise accounts

  • Develop and execute strategic account and territory plans to achieve sales targets

  • Manage complex and consultative sales cycles from initial engagement through contract signature

  • Build strong relationships with SAP SuccessFactors sales teams and relevant partner networks

  • Create long-term partnerships with customers by understanding their business challenges and transformation goals

What you bring

Key requirements

  • Proven experience in complex B2B solution sales

  • Track record of successfully selling to large enterprise organisations

  • Experience selling HR technology, HRIS, payroll, or workforce management solutions

  • Experience managing long and multi-stakeholder sales cycles

  • Strong business development, negotiation, and closing skills

  • Fluent English communication skills, written and spoken

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating across international teams

Ideally you also bring

  • Knowledge of the SAP SuccessFactors ecosystem

  • Existing network within large Nordic enterprises

  • Fluency in a Nordic language
