We are looking for a sales-driven, dynamic and professional Business Developer to join our Nordic team. This role is essential to accelerate Fluidra's presence and influence within the Nordic commercial pool market and steer towards success.

The mission
The mission of the Business Developer is to identify, explore and capitalize on growth opportunities for the company in the Public Pool market.
Project sales in the Nordic Public Pool & Wellness market , for example by approaching architects, consultants and municipalities and strengthening partnerships with other stakeholders. Identify new markets for Fluidra's products and implement strategic opportunities to grow Fluidra's business in the Nordic market.
- Market Research: Conducting comprehensive market research to identify potential areas for expansion, identify potential customers by obtaining information, referrals, and recommendations from existing customers and other contacts and/or through participation in trade shows and conferences.
- Identifying Opportunities: Actively seeking out new business opportunities by networking, attending industry events, cold calling, and leveraging existing relationships. Identify the products or services that best meet the customer's stated needs.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing strategic plans to enter new markets, launch new products or services. Develop and implement a customer management plan for prospective customer accounts to identify and build relationships with relevant decision makers and influencers within the customer organization, enable effective two-way flow of information and problem resolution.
- Building Relationships: Cultivating and maintaining relationships with potential clients, prescribers, partners, suppliers, and other stakeholders to facilitate business growth and collaboration.
- Sell Customer Propositions : Identify the products or services that best meet the customer's stated needs, use personal expertise to propose quantities and product configurations, explain the selection to the customer, and invite the customer to make a purchase at the standard price/terms and conditions of sale.
- Negotiation and Deal-making : Negotiating terms and agreements with clients, partners, prescribers and other entities to secure mutually beneficial deals that support business expansion.
- Driving Revenue: Working closely with sales, marketing, and other departments to drive revenue growth and achieve business development targets.
- Adaptability and Innovation: Staying abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and market changes to adapt strategies and capitalize on new opportunities for growth.
Overall, the mission is to drive the long-term success and expansion of the company by identifying and capitalizing on opportunities that align with its strategic objectives.
