We are now looking for an experienced backend developer to join our Professional Services team. Here, you will combine technical depth with customer dialogue and help strengthen our integrations, API solutions, and SSO flows in an environment where quality and responsibility are in focus.

With increased resources, we are now taking a broader approach to our integrations and strengthening our ability to support customers in complex technical matters. THE ROLE
As a backend engineer, you work at the intersection of support and development. You operate between first-line and third-line, handling second-line issues related to integrations, APIs, and technical implementations for customers.
You will be responsible for:
Setting up, building integrations for, and quality-assuring APIs
Building and maintaining integrations between our system and external platforms
Helping customers set up and configure SSO solutions and working with IDPs
Working with databases and enriching metadata related to customers’ files
Taking greater ownership of API-related matters and technical support within the integration domain
With increased resources, the team is now taking a broader approach to integrations and internal solutions. This means you will also develop new integration solutions toward larger systems and CMS platforms, build internal tools that streamline work for both the team and customers, and collaborate closely with the development team that codes in Go.
THE TEAM
You will become part of the Professional Services team, which currently consists of two other developers, and is led by the company’s Head of Professional Services. The team works closely with both customers and the development organization and plays a central role in ensuring that integrations function in a stable, secure, and sustainable way.
You will work independently within your respective areas of responsibility, but in close dialogue with each other, the development team, and customers. The role involves ongoing customer contact, technical meetings, and collaboration across teams.
QUALIFICATIONSSolid experience in backend development
Advanced knowledge in .NET
Strong understanding of APIs and integration patterns
Experience working with and setting up SSO solutions and managing IDPs
Used to customer dialogue and technical meetings
Strong problem-solving skills
A positive mindset when it comes to working from the office
It is meritorious if you have worked with integrations to larger systems and if you have experience with CMS platforms such as Optimizely, SharePoint, or Umbraco. Knowledge of PHP and understanding of or experience with Go is beneficial. Knowledge about DAMs, metadata and standards like ITPC, XMP and such are also a merit. Additionally, experience in a project-leading role or driving technical initiatives is a plus.
