GTM Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Design and build scalable, interoperable GTM technology architecture and integrations.
  • Build and maintain CRM, marketing automation, customer success, and other GTM system integrations using iPaaS tools.
  • Develop SQL, Python, and JavaScript scripts for automation and data manipulation.
  • Identify workflow automations that improve productivity, data hygiene, and operational efficiency.
  • Build and maintain GTM data pipelines and support unified reporting and BI dashboards.
  • Diagnose integration and data-flow issues, monitor system performance, and address synchronization or uptime problems.
  • Translate requirements from Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success into technical solutions.
  • Partner with RevOps, GTM leadership, Data Engineering, and IT on technical initiatives.
  • Evaluate GTM technologies, manage vendor relationships and roadmaps, and inform build-versus-buy decisions.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in GTM Engineering, Revenue Operations, or a similar technical role in a SaaS environment.
  • Hands-on experience building and maintaining CRM integrations, preferably with Salesforce.
  • Proficiency with iPaaS platforms such as n8n, Tray.io, Workato, or Zapier.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and Python or JavaScript for automation and data manipulation.
  • Strong understanding of data pipeline management, data hygiene, and GTM data architecture.
  • Experience with data warehousing concepts and BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or dbt.
  • Familiarity with sales engagement tools such as Outreach, Salesloft, or Gong.
  • Familiarity with customer success platforms such as Gainsight, ChurnZero, or Hook.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in fintech, financial services, or regulated industries is preferred.
  • Experience with vendor evaluation and tool procurement and a high-growth startup background are preferred.
