We are now looking for an experienced Lead Developer with fullstack skills to join our team and help us shape the future of our platform.

Responsibilities

As a Lead Developer at Court22, you will:

• Lead the development team in building and maintaining our sports booking apps using React Native.
• Oversee the implementation and integration of backend solutions using .NET and Cosmos DB.
• Work closely with other developers, designers, and the product owner to ensure high quality and user-friendly applications.
• Utilize technologies such as Firebase, Azure DevOps, and Expo to build and deploy applications.
• Perform unit testing and automated testing with Jest and Detox to ensure stability and performance.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to uphold high coding standards.
• Collaborate in the design and architecture of new features and improvements.
• Ensure the team follows best practices in software development and agile methodologies.
• Work closly with architecht to find optimal solution for both perfomance and maintinence. 

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• At least 5 years of experience in software development, with a focus on React Native and fullstack development.
• Proven leadership experience in leading development teams.
• Experience developing booking apps or similar applications.
• Strong knowledge of TypeScript and JavaScript.
• Frontend development experience with React.js and the use of Expo.
• Solid understanding and experience in backend development with .NET and Cosmos DB.
• Experience working with Azure DevOps, Firebase, and Localazy.
• Knowledge of Xcode and testing tools like Jest and Detox.
• Experience with state management using Redux.
• Experience with version control systems like GitHub.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

It is advantageous if you also have:

• Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD processes.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with test-driven development (TDD).
