We are looking for you who are already or want to become a restaurant employee and take a seat in Bastard Burger's restaurant, to prepare and serve Sweden's best hamburgers. You are open to various tasks and can take a seat in both the kitchen and cash register. You love food and understand the importance of quality and food craftsmanship. As a restaurant employee at Bastard Burgers, you will work at a fast pace and therefore it is especially important that you understand that communication is crucial for smooth and fun teamwork. There will be stressful moments in a restaurant, but you handle it efficiently and solution-focused.

You have the right attitude and a lovely personality, where you understand that you are incredibly important to both the guests and your colleagues, therefore you come to work with good energy - just like the rest of the team. For you, it is a matter of course that guests should receive the best service. Your CV is not as important as your willingness to work and develop together with us - we already have the knowledge and we are happy to teach it.

Qualifications and abilities:

• Merit with experience in the restaurant and service industry. We would like for you to have cashew habits and previous kitchen experience
• Language requirements English/Swedish
• We would like you to be service-minded, stress-resistant, committed 
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
