About Paraglide
Paraglide is a fast-growing AI startup, backed by the investors behind Anthropic, LinkedIn, Shopify, and Twitch. We build AI agents for back-office finance teams, helping them manage their email inbox and get paid faster.
We're a team of 20, based in Malmö and London. The role is in person in central Malmö
Role Description
TL;DR: We're looking for someone who wants to own problems, not just tasks. Someone who enjoys going deep technically, cares deeply about our customers, and wants to help build the next big financial enterprise software company.
We're a team of engineers who work end to end: understanding the problem, shaping the product, then designing, building, deploying, and operating the solution. We believe in strong ownership and giving engineers the freedom and responsibility to make an impact.
We're customer obsessed . Great engineering starts with understanding the why, not just the how. That means working closely with customers, challenging assumptions, and constantly looking for a better product.
Our ambition is to build the next generation of financial enterprise software: products that become foundational to how modern financial organizations operate. It's a space where reliability, scale, flexibility, and trust matter, and where there's real room to rethink what enterprise software can be.
That means systems that handle large volumes of data, scale with our customers, and run across different hosting environments. Designing beyond a single deployment model is core to how we build.
You don't need to be an expert in everything, but you should be curious and comfortable working across the stack. If that sounds like you, we'd love to talk.
How we work
We believe software can and should be built with AI, and we invest real engineering time in making that work well - agent-friendly architecture, conventions agents can follow, and tooling that keeps quality high at speed.
This changes what we look for. Recognizing good code matters more than knowing any particular language. Judgment, taste, and knowing when something is wrong are the skills that carry over.
