Role Description: Beyond Tech AB is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior SAP EWM Consultant to join our dynamic team in Stockholm. The ideal candidate will have over 12 years of experience in SAP EWM implementation, configuration, and support. This role involves working closely with our clients to understand their business requirements and deliver tailored SAP EWM solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead SAP EWM implementation projects, including requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
• Provide expertise in SAP EWM processes, including inbound and outbound logistics, inventory management, and warehouse operations.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into effective SAP EWM solutions.
• Design and configure SAP EWM solutions to meet business requirements and improve operational efficiency.
• Manage and support integration with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP LE, SAP MM, SAP TM) and external systems (3PL/4PL).
• Perform functional testing, user training, and provide post-implementation support.
• Lead and mentor junior consultants and project team members.
• Ensure project delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP EWM trends and technologies to provide innovative solutions to clients.

Required Competencies:

• SAP EWM Expertise: In-depth knowledge of SAP EWM, including configuration, customization, and integration.
• Warehouse Management: Extensive experience in managing warehouse operations and logistics processes.
• Project Management: Proven track record of leading SAP EWM projects, from initiation to go-live.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in IDOCs, interfaces, EDI, and inventory management.
• Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address client issues and improve system performance.
• Team Leadership: Experience in managing and mentoring teams, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Client Management: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering exceptional service.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with SAP LE, SAP MM, SAP TM, and ABAP.
• Knowledge of 3PL/4PL processes and systems.
• SAP certifications in relevant modules.
• German language proficiency (B1 level or higher).
