As we scale rapidly, we’re looking for an exceptional Founder’s Associate to work directly with our founders across operations, strategic projects and company growth. Role description: As the Founders Associate, you work closely with our founders on a variety of tasks and projects. You gain exposure to all aspects of the business and collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation.This is a great opportunity to learn how to operate in a scaleup, while growing into a more specialised senior role in the company. You will work across some of the company’s most important initiatives, gaining exposure to strategy, operations, partnerships and scaling execution. This is a high-responsibility role for someone who wants a steep learning curve. Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Drive communication with stakeholders, customers, investors and partners. Help creating presentations and other communication material
- Support with business development, assisting in building partnerships and exploring new opportunities
- Drive high-impact strategic and operational projects that will contribute to growth and development of Grale; create project plans, coordinate and ensure that projects meet targets and timelines
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across partnerships, operations and growth
- Support with calendar management, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel and handling other administrative tasks to optimize the founders time
- Assist with ongoing order handling, logistics & customer communication
- Assist with financial tasks such as forecasting, tracking and reporting when needed
- Assist with ongoing HR or other ad-hoc tasks when needed
- 1-3 years of experience in a startup, scale-up, consulting or other high-performance environment
- High level of ownership and ability to execute independently
- Ability to prioritize in fast-moving environments with shifting demands
- Results-oriented with a determination to meet deadlines
- Structured problem solver with strong attention to detail

- Strong people skills with the ability to build trust and manage stakeholders
- Strong business judgment and communication skills
- Ambitious, proactive and eager to grow alongside a scaling company
- Fluent speaking and writing skills in both English and Swedish are a must
- Strong curiosity for technology, with a drive to adopt tools, AI and software that improve speed and scalability
- A genuine interest in startups, entrepreneurship and innovation
