Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to oversee equipment installation and commissioning, supplier negotiations and management and timeline and cost management for an advanced manufacturing facilities. The ideal candidate will be available immediately and able to handle the comprehensive demands of this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage industrial projects from design through to handover, ensuring functionality, quality, and cost-efficiency.
• Define, document, and approve project scopes, ensuring all aspects of the manufacturing process are covered.
• Oversee project timelines, cross-functional coordination, and alignment with scope, time, and cost requirements.
• Coordinate with various organizational disciplines including process engineering, equipment procurement, construction design, automation, material flow, factory layout, network engineering, safety, maintenance, and quality.
• Develop and manage detailed engineering and equipment commissioning timelines, collaborating with Engineering and Commissioning Managers.
• Lead constructability reviews and technical design reviews for manufacturing process equipment.
• Ensure effective cross-functional project continuity and share relevant information with all involved teams.
• Handle project management from design to handover, including coordinating follow-ups and steering meetings.
• Act as the risk focal point, managing risk processes, reporting, and follow-up.
• Monitor and manage the project budget at a detailed engineering level, supporting decision-making.
• Plan and prioritize cross-functional resources and equipment projects in both the short and long term.
• Develop and standardize project management tools with Engineering Managers, integrating them into the Factory Blueprint.
• Report project status and dependencies to the Program Manager.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in equipment installation and commissioning.
• Strong skills in supplier negotiations and management.
• Expertise in managing project timelines and costs.
• Immediate availability preferred.
