As a Partner Manager you are:
- creating a Partner Recruitment Strategy, including: types of partners, intermodal to support types, ROI forecast and Sales plan
- creating and maintaining sustainable and profitable relationships with our partners
- researching partner opportunities, by establishing initial contact including agreeing on primary targets, and developing strong relationships with the organisations desired to partner with
- creating Partner Enablement plans for each partner & developing the Partner Reward Program
- ensuring retention of partners at high levels of sales and satisfaction
- ensuring clear communication both internally and externally relating to Partner updates and relevant information
- achieving Partner Sales targets
Desirable skills and experiences
We have a wish-list of desirable skills and experiences. Don't worry if you don't tick each and every box. We place great emphasis on personality and attitude. Examples of experiences we value are (and you might come with additional and/or others), you have;
- a strategic mindset, an ability to create long-term goals and you know how to achieve them
- previous experience in retail sales, customer service, inside sales, prospecting or equivalent
- a strong sense of ownership, a high motivation, drive and determination to achieve and exceed targets, you are a self-starter with a high degree of initiative, with a can-do attitude, and you are results- and goal-driven with the ability to achieve set targets
- previous experience in partner sales management
- a curiosity with an eagerness to learn and make new connections with partners and prospects
- strong diplomatic skills to negate conflict and improve relationships, with an ability to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times
- excellent written and verbal communication skills, you are a confident communicator, comfortable speaking with managers, executive, and peers, i.e., an ability to represent Connectel externally as well as conveying Partner related information and updates
- a strong work ethic, an ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments and a professional attitude
- an ability to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times
- knowledge of SaaS is a merit
You must be fluent in Swedish and English. Any additional language such as French, German or Spanish is a merit.
