At SmiLe, we're looking for a Project Manager who thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving environment and enjoys working with people from diverse backgrounds and disciplines. You'll play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered successfully while helping create an environment where innovation can flourish.

What you'll do

As Project Manager, you will:

• Plan, coordinate and follow up projects from start to finish.

• Keep projects on track regarding goals, timelines, budgets and deliverables.

• Coordinate internal teams and external partners, ensuring clear communication and alignment.

• Support reporting, compliance and funding requirements.

• Contribute to improving processes, tools and ways of working.

• Engage with start-ups, partners and stakeholders across our innovation ecosystem.

• Be an ambassador for our values: Professional, Impactful, Friendly and Inclusive.

Who we hope you are

You are a structured, pragmatic, and proactive person who enjoys making things happen. You take ownership of your work, approach challenges with curiosity and a solution-oriented mindset, and are comfortable finding a way forward in a fast-moving environment.

As we're a small organisation, everyone rolls up their sleeves and contributes where needed. You're someone who takes initiative, follows through, and isn't afraid to tackle challenges while collaborating closely with colleagues and asking for support when it adds value. You value teamwork, communicate openly, and help create an environment where people succeed together.

We believe you have:

• Experience in project management, preferably in multi-stakeholder environments.

• Strong organisational and communication skills.

• A hands-on, solution-oriented mindset.

• Experience from life sciences, healthcare, innovation environments or start-ups is a strong advantage.

• Strong English skills and the ability to communicate in Swedish at an intermediate level or above.

This is a permanent full-time position based in Lund, Sweden, with the possibility to work remotely one day per week.
