As a Scrum Master you will:
- Lead two technical management teams as scrum master
- Lead Agile Ceremonies: Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives and sprint reviews to ensure efficient and well-coordinated workflow within teams.
- Support the development of teams: Coach in agile practices and principles, with the goal of improving self-organization and capacity to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Obstacles: Identify and remove any obstacles that may affect the teams' productivity and ability to meet sprint goals.
- Coordinate with other roles: Collaborate with Product Owners, Stakeholders and other Scrum Masters to ensure smooth communication and effective resource allocation across projects and programs.
- Track progress in sprints, and report status and potential risks to relevant stakeholders. Ensure that deliveries are made according to the time frames.
- Continuous improvement: Actively participate in the work to improve processes and work methods to increase the efficiency and quality of the delivery.
Requirements - must have:
- Education: Higher education in IT, technology or equivalent work experience.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role in IT and infrastructure, preferably in the public sector or larger organizations. Certifications: Certified Scrum Master (CSM or PSM) is a requirement.
- Skills: Strong understanding of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and experience working with DevOps techniques.
- Personal qualities: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams. You are solution-oriented, structured and have a strong ability to prioritize under changing conditions.
- Language: Very good language skills in spoken and written Swedish
Requirements - should have:
Certification in change management
Experience in leading dewatering initiatives within agile teams
Requirements:
- Experience of agile transformation: previously successfully led or participated in agile transformations within larger organizations, with particular advantage if experience is in the public sector.
- Technical competence in IT infrastructure and management and understands how technical decisions affect the delivery of digital services.
- Experience from the public sector and its specific requirements and processes, including procurement rules, legal requirements and budget management.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to drive cultural change, including inspiring and engaging teams and stakeholders in an agile transformation.
- Experience with agile tools and methods to use and implement such as Azure DevOps, and have the ability to train and support teams in their use.
- Exceptional communication skills and able to collaborate effectively with all levels within the organization, from team members to senior management.
- Ability and drive to drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing improvements in workflows and processes.
- Experience in change management and is skilled in handling resistance to change within organizations
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure, technical management and ITIL
