Technical Project Manager BI/Analytics 12 to 18 Months Contract

Required Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of project management experience, with a focus on technical projects.
• Proven experience in implementing BI platforms with complex interrelationships.
• Strong knowledge in BI, integration/API, or related domains.
• Proficiency in XLPM or similar project management models.
• Excellent ability to plan and break down activities into clear milestones and deliverables.
• Competence in delegating tasks within the team to meet clear delivery requirements.
• Documented experience in identifying and documenting technical requirements.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire technical teams and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to report at various organizational levels.
• Proficiency in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in development or architecture within the BI domain.
• Familiarity with Microsoft's BI products.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks, especially in implementing Databricks environments.
• Knowledge of dbt or similar frameworks.
• Experience in introducing new working methods and processes.
• Understanding of Data Governance and its key components.
• Insight into the importance of information security and the implementation of secure cloud solutions for data protection.
• Experience applying agile methodologies to manage complex technical projects.
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps or similar tools for project planning and detailing deliverables.
• Background in the aviation industry.
• Experience in implementing AI within Decision Support systems.
