Your mission at Sitoo In this role, you'll be at the heart of our growth, responsible for securing, and engaging our small to mid-sized customer segment. Your mission is dual-focused as you will take a proactive, consultative approach to driving expansion within a portfolio of named accounts, while ensuring excellent, responsive support for our broader long-tail customer community. By seamlessly blending commercial drive with day-to-day operational excellence, you will be the bridge between our technology and the merchant's success, ensuring that every account in your portfolio thrives, while helping our overall commercial ecosystem operate with high efficiency. What you will do- Take ownership of a proactive, quota-carrying portfolio of accounts, driving revenue growth through renewal uplifts and expanding the adoption of solutions like Sitoo Payments and Recognition.
- Own and manage incoming new business inquiries from retail brands, guiding them through their first commercial journey with Sitoo.
- Act as the trusted primary point of contact for reactive engagement, ensuring incoming requests from the broader customer segment are handled efficiently.
- Support the operational lifecycle of your merchants by handling new store openings, license adjustments, and inbound purchase requests for hardware or ecosystem updates.
- Execute predefined account reviews and regular engagement cadences to maintain excellent customer health and long-term satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams like Customer Care and Professional Services to swiftly resolve escalated operational and support tasks.
- 1-2 years of experience or relevant education in Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, or Retail Leadership.
- Commercial mindset with the drive to thrive and meet targets in a quota-carrying environment.
- Strong organizational skills to seamlessly balance proactive commercial outreach with daily reactive operational tasks like hardware fulfillment.
- Proactive, problem-solving approach with the ability to build trust quickly over phone or email and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
- Professional fluency in both Swedish and English, combined with a genuine interest in retail tech and Unified Commerce.
