Key Responsibilities:

Deck Maintenance: Cleaning, painting, rust removal (chipping/needle-gunning), and maintaining a tidy, safe workspace to prevent slips and trips.

Material Handling: Unloading supply boats, loading, stacking, and securing equipment and cargo.

Rig Support: Assisting technicians, mechanics, and other crew members with repairs on mud pumps, cranes, and drilling equipment.

Safety Compliance: Adhering to strict safety protocols, attending safety meetings, and reporting hazards to supervisors.

Handling Equipment: Assisting with moving pipes, mixing chemicals, and operating tools.

Requirements:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent is typically required.

Skills: Basic math for measurements, mechanical aptitude, and communication skills.

Certifications: Require basic offshore safety training (e.g., BOSIET) and swimming/diving ability.
