What you will do
- Develop knowledge of local and new markets, identify networking opportunities and potential customers
- Lead qualification and lead nurturing
- Prospect potential clients and finding the best way to connect with the decision-makers
- Assist sales team in their sales processess
- Maintain customer relationships to increase referrals and market share
- Update and manage sales activities, leads and company information in CRM
- The role includes creating new leads, refer inbound leads to accurate internal contact and ensuring that these continue in our sales cycle
Desirable skills and experiences
We have a wish-list of desirable skills and experiences. Don't worry if you don't tick each and every box. We place great emphasis on personality and attitude. Examples of experiences we value are (and you might come with additional and/or others)
- previous experience in retail sales, customer service, inside sales, prospecting or equivalent
- excellent written and verbal communication skills, you are a confident communicator, comfortable speaking with managers, executive, and peers
- strong work ethic, ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments and a professional attitude
- an eagerness to learn and make new connections with prospects
- knowledge of SaaS software is a merit
- high motivation, is a self-starter with a high degree of initiative, with a can-do attitude, and are results- and goal-driven with the ability to achieve set targets
- ability to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times
You must be fluent in English. Any additional language such as French, German or Spanish is a merit.
