Test Manager 9 Months Freelance Contract

Belmont Lavan Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Test Manager to join our team on a 9-month freelance contract. As a Test Manager, you will be responsible for leading the testing efforts and ensuring the quality of our software products.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement test strategies, plans, and processes
• Lead and manage the testing team
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, track, and resolve defects
• Perform and oversee functional, regression, and performance testing
• Ensure testing is carried out in accordance with industry standards and best practices
• Provide regular status updates and reports to stakeholders

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Test Manager, Senior Test Lead, or similar role
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and best practices
• Experience leading a team of testers
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• ISTQB certification or equivalent is preferred
• Experience in Agile development methodologies is a plus
