Content Specialist, Brands

Creed Media

About Creed Media

Creed Media Group is a leading global creator marketing agency in music and entertainment. Started in Stockholm in 2018, today we work with the world's biggest artists, labels, platforms, and brands to engineer the moments that break culture and convert attention into measurable growth.

We run two business units. Music works with record labels and artist managers. Brands works with partners who hire us to turn culture into brand outcomes. Today, we are a trusted agency to some of the biggest names in music, entertainment, and consumer brands.

Our mission: To Master Attention and Break Culture.

The Role

We're bringing on a Content Specialist to own content, from first idea to published, finished asset, across one or more client accounts. This is a hands on, creator role. You're behind the camera on shoots, and you're the one editing and finishing the asset afterwards. You know how to read a brief and turn it into something that actually performs on the platform it's built for, not just something that technically fulfils the scope.

You run the content calendar day to day, lead ideation sessions, and make sure everything that goes out is on brand, on trend, and on quality. Shooting and editing aren't a side skill here, they're the core of the role.

Over time, you'll grow into thinking more commercially about your work, understanding how content performance connects to the client relationship, and speaking up earlier when scope shifts or something isn't landing. That's a direction we'll help you grow into, not something we expect on day one.

This is a role for someone who wants to build a real craft as a creator, on set and in the edit, while getting real access to the music and entertainment industry and the people who make it move.

What you'll do

  • Own content calendars end to end, from ideation to finished, published asset, for one or more clients simultaneously.

  • Plan, shoot, and help run productions, working directly with clients, artists, and creators on set.

  • Edit and finish video content yourself, from raw footage to polished, publish ready asset, including color grading.

  • Lead ideation and brainstorming sessions, bringing fresh creative concepts to the table.

  • Proofread and quality check content before publishing, staying on top of platform and format trends.

  • Track content performance across channels and use it to inform your next shoot or edit.

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, sub suppliers, and internal teams, on set and in production.

This role is for someone who's as comfortable on set with a camera as they are in an edit timeline, who reads a piece of content and immediately sees three ways to make it stronger, and who wants ownership over the full arc of a client's content, from shoot to final cut.

What sits outside the role

  • Full client relationship ownership, strategic account leadership, and P&L (Senior Project Manager function).

  • New business sales and pitching for unsigned clients (separate BD function).

  • Media buying and paid campaign management (separate function).

  • Leading or managing other team members.

Who you are

Must have:
  • Solid experience creating content across social platforms, ideally within a creative, entertainment, or marketing agency.

  • Comfortable behind the camera on productions, with a solid understanding of camera operation and settings (exposure, framing, movement).

  • Strong hands on skills in Adobe Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop), including a working knowledge of color grading. Deep grading expertise isn't required.

  • Comfortable owning a content calendar for more than one client at a time, without dropping quality, with a sharp eye for what's off brand or off brief.

  • Stockholm based and on site, fluent in Swedish and English.

Nice to have:
  • Interest across music, entertainment, and consumer brands.

What we offer

  • Real ownership of content, from the shoot to the final cut.

  • A path forward. Strong craft here is the clearest route to Senior Content Specialist, and we'll help you grow into the commercial side of the role over time.

  • Real access to the music and entertainment industry. You'll be on productions with artists, managers, and creators, not behind a desk watching from the outside.

  • Travel with productions. Shoots take you out of the studio, and sometimes out of Stockholm.

  • Direct visibility. Your work is seen by clients and by leadership, not buried in a shared drive.

  • A team in motion. Priorities shift fast, and you'll often work with incomplete information. If that energizes you, you'll fit.

How to apply

We welcome applications from both candidates seeking employment and registered sole traders and freelancers. Send us your resume and a short note on why you're the right person for this.
