Compensation : Depending on experience

What you will do
Lead and deliver high-quality clinical data management activities as part of a cross functional team for our customers and our customer projects in clinical trials and real-world evidence studies.
Provide expert clinical data management support throughout study lifecycles, ensuring data quality, compliance, and timely delivery of project outcomes.
As a senior team member, you will strengthen BC Platforms' clinical data management capability and support the delivery of current and future projects.
Your team will include
Clinical Data managers and medical coders
Your roadmap in this role
Within 6 months
Take the lead as an SME on a number of our key customer projects
What makes you a strong fit
Demonstrated experience independently leading clinical data management activities across multiple studies or programmes
Strong knowledge of clinical data standards and best practices. ·
Effective problem-solving and analytical thinking.
Experience with Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems, Viedoc experience a plus.
You’ll stand out if you have
8+ years of clinical data management experience within the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, CRO, or healthcare research industry.
Strong understanding of clinical research processes and drug development.
Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
