Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled individual experienced in system engineering within the automotive domain. Proficiency in handling Ethernet switch requirements, cyber security, and safety analysis is essential. Strong documentation, design, and development capabilities, including system integration and validation, are required.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Extensive experience in system engineering within the automotive industry.
• Proven expertise in handling Ethernet switch requirements, cyber security, and safety analysis.
• Proficient in conducting Hazard Analysis and Risk Assessment (HARA) and Technical Safety Analysis (TARA).
• Strong proficiency in documentation, design, and development of automotive systems.
• Demonstrated ability in system integration and validation.
• Exceptional troubleshooting skills for resolving system performance issues.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Certification in relevant areas such as functional safety (e.g., ISO 26262) would be advantageous.

What you will do:

• Formulate and establish requirements for Ethernet switches, encompassing cyber security and system safety analysis.
• Demonstrate proficiency in HARA & TARA processes.
• Implement functional safety measures.
• Apply system engineering principles within the automotive sector.
• Produce comprehensive documentation.
• Engineer automotive systems, components, and subsystems to align with client specifications.
• Craft and update system requirements, design specifications, and test plans.
• Construct and manage system models and simulations.
• Investigate and resolve system performance challenges.
• Execute system validation and verification plans.
• Design and implement system safety strategies.
• Draft and sustain system integration strategies.
• Maintain system architecture and design documentation.
• Manage system software and hardware components.
• Keep up-to-date with system documentation.
• Establish and maintain procedures for system testing and validation.
• Track and evaluate system performance metrics.
