Role Overview

The Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant acts as the strategic and technical driving force behind our clients' marketing automation success. Your core focus will be translating customer needs into scalable solutions , managing full-lifecycle implementations, and helping clients maximize their MarTech stack.

You are a collaborative problem-solver who genuinely cares about driving client success. You will join our dedicated, 9-person MarTech team in Stockholm, working across a wide variety of industries to deliver innovative solutions for both B2B and B2C customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Design & Collaboration: Partner with internal teams and client stakeholders to architect and define effective marketing automation solutions within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

End-to-End Project Delivery: Take ownership of Marketing Cloud implementations and Customer Projects. Manage the entire process from initial requirement gathering and scoping through to configuration, testing, and final deployment.

Campaign & Workflow Execution: Build, manage, and optimize data-driven customer journeys, automated workflows, and highly personalized marketing campaigns to drive client ROI.

Client Enablement & Support: Serve as a subject matter expert for clients. Provide structured training, documentation, and ongoing support to ensure successful adoption and long-term success of their SFMC platform.

Advisory & Growth: Act as a strategic partner to clients by guiding their long-term marketing automation roadmap. Proactively analyze performance and identify opportunities to leverage advanced SFMC capabilities, optimizing their digital strategy and driving continuous business growth.

Continuous Improvement: Actively monitor SFMC updates, new releases, and industry best practices. Apply these insights to deliver innovative, forward-thinking solutions for our clients. Act as a team player and take active ownership of helping colleagues and sharing solutions and best practices.

Qualifications:

● Proven experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Marketing Cloud Engagement, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, Marketing Cloud Next (Growth/ Advanced))

● Strong understanding of marketing automation, data segmentation, and campaign optimization.

● University degree or equivalent within a relevant IT field such as computer science or information technology.

● Excellent communication and project management skills.

● Salesforce certifications in Marketing Cloud are a plus.

● Have a good understanding of standard functionality in other Salesforce clouds, primarily Sales/Service Cloud
