You'll develop deep expertise in our products, cloud infrastructure, and systems, turning incident patterns into proactive engineering that prevents entire categories of failures. This is your chance to master technical reliability on a mission-critical healthcare platform at a pivotal growth stage. You'll work alongside experienced troubleshooters who live and breathe incident investigation. About the Role Location: Linköping, Sweden You'll join the Response Team, a core of experienced engineers who drive advanced incident response and technical depth. The work centers on investigation and pattern recognition: understanding how our systems behave under stress, recognizing failure modes, and identifying systemic improvements. As a junior engineer, you'll start with structured incident investigations , learning from senior engineers how to trace architectures and identify root causes. You'll grow into identifying patterns in our incidents and proposing improvements. Within your first year, you'll move toward leading reliability initiatives , from defining technical standards to optimizing our systems for observability. This role demands curiosity. You'll dig into failures because you genuinely want to understand them. You don't stop at fixing symptoms; you find the architectural change that prevents the problem from happening again. You'll work hands-on with our products and services, improving tools and best practices. You'll collaborate across our global organization and with development teams, learning not just how systems work, but why reliability matters in healthcare.
