From the very beginning, in 2018, our goal was to create the best product for you and for the planet. A product that would be equally tasty and creamy as healthy and nutritious. In other words, a product we could be proud of. We called it Sproud!
Many things have changed since our humble beginnings; however, our core belief remains the same. To empower change through positive reinforcement. You spend a little too much time on social media and would love to be paid for it. Great coffee, yes please! While you spend all day long talking plant-based milk with our community and spreading the word about peas.
About the role:
In this role, you will act as the voice and ears for Sproud. You will be responsible for the Community and you will have ownership of the Community Strategy for social media. You will provide users with experiences that drive deeper engagement, both through directly engaging with them and through the actionable feedback you bring back to the company.
Along with keeping the Community dialogue alive, you will also be an important part of the creative team as a Junior Copywriter writing everything from brochures, press releases, social media posts, newsletters, e-mail marketing and website content.
You will work and communicate with the full global team and distributors around the globe as a part of your job to ensure their needs for communication are being met.
You will work either out of our London or Malmö office and belong to our Central Brand & Marketing Team, where you will be reporting to the Group Marketing Manager.
Key aspects of the role:
- Develop and execute the Community strategy along with relevant stakeholders. This includes tracking of relevant Community KPIs.
- Execute the Social media strategy and plan for content.
- Be the voice of the Consumer, bringing actionable feedback to improve the consumer experience and analysing and reporting on the Community sentiment.
- Also be the voice and the face of Sproud juggling multiple channels to engage with our consumers. You'll use email, our website forum, social media platforms and more to do that.
- Stay on top of community management trends to maximize the impact of your community endeavours and explore new possibilities across product and social media.
- Work as a Copywriter in our creative team to produce assets and content according to the tonality of Sproud.
This role is for you if you are/have
- Proven experience as Community Manager and/or Junior Copywriter.
- You've got excellent social skills, and you’re a talented communicator.
- Native English speaker with Swedish, French or German a bonus.
- You’re resilient, able to handle tough conversations with sensitivity and honesty.
- Adept at utilising social media platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, TikTok etc. in a B2C environment (know how to speak the ‘language’ on each social platform).
- Excels in communication, both written and spoken. Ideally you are a natural communicator that enjoys interacting with different people from all over the world.
- Experience coordinating and managing the content (images and videos) across all relevant platforms.
- Intermediate skills in content creation e.g., Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or other image/video editing tools.
- The ideal person is sharp, energetic, confident with presenting and proactive in their way of working
- Passion for sustainability.
