R&D Team Lead __ Your role and responsibilities We are strengthening our 800xA team and are now looking for an Electronics Engineer. In this role, you will take a key position as Technical Product Owner for our S800 I/O system. The main objectives are to handle customer issues and product maintenance. The role is broad and ranges from complex fault investigations to strategic communication with our customers. This position is ideal for an electronics engineer with a strong interest in embedded electronics who is aiming to grow into a new role. You will collaborate closely with other engineers to address customer issues and play an active role in our maintenance projects. Your responsibilities

- Monitor all incoming customer issues.
- Drive and perform root cause analyses of customer issues.
- Be responsible for product revisions from a technical perspective.
- Communicate with customers during failure investigations.
- Establish written customer communications, such as product bulletins.
- Support colleagues in general S800 product knowledge.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in electronics engineering or a related field
- Five to ten years of experience working as an electronics engineer
- Strong background in electronics, embedded systems, and microprocessor-based designs
- Experience in maintenance-heavy roles, product support, or long-lifecycle products is a strong advantage
- A genuine passion for electronics and a strong interest in deep technical problem-solving and analysis.
