Agile Coach

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Agile Coach to join the core team of a transformation project and drive the organization’s agile transformation.

You will help build agile maturity through training, team coaching, and strategic support to project management . You will work closely with Project Managers, Product Owners, Team Leads, and agile teams to ensure agile ways of working are not only implemented but embedded into everyday operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the agile transformation together with project management.
• Plan and deliver training on Agile principles, frameworks, and ways of working .
• Coach agile teams on ceremonies, collaboration, continuous improvement, and maturity.
• Support project management in developing and adjusting the agile transformation plan.
• Identify barriers to agile maturity and recommend concrete improvements.
• Support Product Owners with backlog management, prioritization, and team collaboration .
• Establish a common understanding and language around agile principles.
• Track the impact of the agile transformation and adjust initiatives accordingly.
• Act as a trusted advisor to project management and leadership on agile practices and organizational change.

Required Skills & Experience

• Several years of experience as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, Product Owner , or equivalent in larger transformation projects.
• Proven experience training and coaching teams in Scrum, Kanban, SAFe , or similar frameworks.
• Strong understanding of agile transformation at both team and organizational level .
• Experience supporting project management with transformation and change plans.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills in Swedish , both written and spoken.
• Experience working closely with Project Managers, Product Owners, and agile teams.
• Understanding of agile delivery in hybrid environments alongside traditional project governance.
• Proven experience with Azure DevOps configuration , including strategic, tactical, and operational backlog management, planning, and follow-up.

Nice to Have

• Experience from large-scale IT transformations or digitalization programs .
• Experience with scaled agile frameworks such as SAFe or LeSS .
• Experience establishing agile coaching teams or Communities of Practice .
• Experience from energy, industrial, or IT/OT-related environments .
• Agile certifications such as SPC, CSP, or PMI-ACP .
